Located in a restored, Art Deco building, Hotel Montefiore is the epitome of Tel Aviv cool, class and sophistication. The building, which formerly served as a residence for one of Tel Aviv’s founding families, was purchased and converted by partners Ruti and Mati Broudo in 2008, and subsequently transformed into one of the most dynamic restaurants in town, and boasting 12 meticulously designed rooms that capture the essence of the city whilst offering a respite from the noisy streets and neighborhoods below. The hotel boasts a French-Vietnamese-inspired bistro that serves breakfast lunch and dinner, extending into the later evening hours, whilst the rooms are decked with Ziegler carpets, Japanese-style beds and an espresso machine in each and every room.
