NOGUCHI MUSEUM
New York — July 2022
By Ross Belfer
{ EAGER TOURIST } The Noguchi Museum is a cathedral of sculptures and structures created by the namesake American-Japanese artist. A quiet and serene space with an outdoor garden sits in an industrial swathe in Long Island City, the museum reveals a beautiful light that cuts through the skylights and windows. The ideal stage to showcase the Earthy rawness of Noguchi’s work. The trek to get there via the R train and a 20-minute walk through the scorching NYC heat was well worth it. Enjoy.
